Two separate annual fees apply to trusts with an appointed offshore trustee — one to the trustee, one to Trust Hub for ongoing administration.

Foreign trustee service fee

If the annual platform fee is not paid

The trust stays on the platform, but every document is then charged individually at the once-off rates above — amendments, resolutions, annual submissions, annual trustee meetings and agreements. New trust deeds are always charged separately, whether or not the annual fee is paid.

Trusts are not edited — they are amended

Once a trust deed is signed it cannot be edited. Changes are made by addendum, each accompanied by a trustee resolution: trustee changes, beneficiary changes, or amendments to specific deed sections. Several changes can be done in one amendment event. As a once-off offer, an existing trust can be replaced free of charge with a foreign-trustee (relinquished control) trust.

Crypto quotes are calculated at the live market price. We accept BTC, XRP, and USDT.
